Lemon-Garlic Grilling Sauce




INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Procedure:
1 Combine butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Tabasco sauce and black pepper in small bowl; mix well. Brush on fish, seafood, poultry or vegetables during frilling or broiling. Heat any remaining sauce and serve with grilled foods.
