Barbecue Sauce



INGREDIENTS:
2 cups chopped tomatoes 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar 1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon pepper 2 teaspoons salt 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce 1 clove garlic 1/2 pod red pepper.

Procedure:
1 Process tomatoes through a food mill. Set tomatoes aside.
2 Saute onion in butter in a medium saucepan until tender. stir in tomatoes and remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer sauce, uncovered, 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove and discard garlic and red pepepr pod. Serve sauce over sliced pork.
