Chicken Burgers



INGREDIENTS:
1 lb ground chicken 1 cup sourdough or regular soft bread crumbs 1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons dry onion soup mix 6 leaves lettuce 6 slices tomato
6 onion rolls of sourdough buns, split

Procedure:
1 Grill Directions: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, sour cream and soup mix; mix well. Shape mixture into 6 patties, about 1/2-inch thick.
2 When ready to grill, place patties on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until burgers are no longer pink in center, turning once.
3 To serve, layer lettuce, tomato and burgers in rolls.
4 Note: To broil, place food on broiler pan and broil 4 to 6 inches from heat using times provided above as guide.
